To go skiing in Andorra means that you will be pretty sure that you will have enough snow. The high mountains of the "Principat" of Andorra basically guarantee the skiers of snow.
We went to the area of Arinsal and La Massana this time to have an inside look during Easter. Staying in one of the La Massana Apartments (Giberga) gives you the freedom of hopping (well.. skiing actually) between Arinsal's ski area and La Massana's ski area, both being Vallnord.
Vallnord is an interesting ski area both for beginners and more advanced skiers. Due to the high temperatures during this year's Easter break it was not so very busy at the slopes nor in the villages. If you still want to go to ski in Andorra, be quick; the season ends in a week!
